Over the last few months, our drama group at The Riverfront have been creating a piece of verbatim theatre that puts mental health at the centre of the table and asks who is invited to have a voice in this conversation?

Join Inside Out Cymru for an engaging, spirited and moving performance that weaves spoken word, poetry, song and image to question our daily practices of inclusion, connection and judgment.
