What information is collected by Inside Out Cymru?
When you register for our workshops, either online or in person, we collect information that helps us to know who our participants are and help us to work with you. We also ask for your name and email address if you register to receive our email newsletters.
How do we use the information we have about you?
If you register for our newsletter then we will only use your email address for this purpose. If you register for our workshops then we will use your contact details to let you know about our workshops, projects, and other events. If you attend our workshops then we may also contact you if you don’t attend for a few weeks so that we can check on your welfare.
If you stop attending our events then we will store your information for a reasonable length of time before deleting it from our records.
Security
We will store your information securely and only transfer your data when necessary. We will not transfer your information outside of our organisation without your permission.
Marketing
If you have given us permission to contact you about our events then we will do so via the permitted method. Communication will be limited and you can opt out of communications at any time. To do this you can click on the unsubscribe link in an automated email, or email info@inside-out-cymru.org at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of your information at any time. Email info@inside-out-cymru.org to receive a copy of the data we have about you.
You also have the right to correct anything that is incorrect. Please contact us if you would like to update any information on your record.
You also have the right to have your information deleted from our records, but please understand that this may mean that we can no longer provide you with a service.
