April 2025 is an exciting one for Inside Out Cymru, as we welcome a new member to our core functions team.
Nia Cole joins us as our part-time Finance and Admin Officer. Nia says:
‘With extensive experience in the third sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge in all things finance. I’m all about making things run smoothly behind the scenes so the team can focus on what really matters. I specialise in budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management, ensuring everything is in order and on track. I love working with the teams to create clear, accurate financial insights that help IOC make smart decisions and stay aligned with our mission.‘
