Wellbeing in Schools

In 2018, we were lucky to have received funding from one of our local Co-ops in Caerphilly borough. We used some of this funding to pay for a series of workshops in local primary schools to make wellbeing headdresses. The children created their own designs and then added a wellbeing affirmation to the back. Some of the affirmations included:

“Don’t be afraid to ask for help”

“Take a few minutes out when it’s getting too much”

“Feel the flow like when you’re doing art”
