We are just about to start a new online course focussed on using movement to music to improve physical and mental wellbeing. The movements will be gentle and perfect for beginners and are a great way to ease our bodies out of the pandemic lockdown that we have all experienced. Tutor Fiona Winter has many years of experience in leading these sorts of classes so will guide participants to work with their bodies in a mindful way.
Classes start on Thursday 6th August and will be via Zoom online.
