Nature-Inspired Art Kits Sent to Schools

Inside Out Cymru have provided some new kits to a school in the Caerphilly area to encourage creativity and making during the current lockdown. The packs were compiled by new artist, Lisa Floyd, and give the children everything they need to make nature-inspired masks, based upon the legend of the green man and other woodland creatures.

The kits will be given to children of keyworkers who are attending classes as well as to some children who are home schooling but who might have less access to materials for creative projects. We are really pleased to be able to support the wellbeing of local children by encouraging artistic endeavours and the act of making something with their hands.
