Inside out Cymru invites you to our creative art training event at Caerphilly Miners Centre, Caerphilly. Date to be confirmed. 

Inside Out Cymru is an Arts and Mental Health charity delivering arts workshops and activities across Gwent.

We are offering a training event to highlight the impact of arts activities upon the mental health and well-being of people in the community and the workplace.  The session will include:

  • Showcasing of our workshops by our art facilitators.  

  • Discussion on the impact of different activities, for instance, the benefit upon motor skills, memory, dexterity, as well as the psychological impact

  • Discussion on benefits to employers in terms of performance, improved health and confidence, etc.

  • Signposting of our remote programme of delivery and online tutorial subscription.

  • Q & A session 

  • Opportunity to network.


This event is open to organisations and community groups across Gwent, including companies considering the mental health of their workforce.

Please arrive for a 10am start. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided. This event is part of our National Lottery-funded project. Tickets are limited.
