Starting Friday 27th September!

With thanks to Monmouth Town Council, Inside Out Cymru are able to expand on a successful pilot project delivered in 2023.

The 8 free Art for Wellbeing sessions, delivered by experienced professional artist Nathan Sheen, will provide a safe, non-judgemental space for those struggling with their wellbeing to meet. From loneliness to clinical diagnoses, these art for wellbeing sessions will support people into positive mental wellbeing not only by providing an opportunity to get out of the house and meet like-minded people, but through the forming of creative habits too. By engaging with creative expression – in this case, claywork and ceramics – people build skills like self-confidence, instruction-following, decision-making and robustness.

We are so grateful to everyone who has supported us in getting this provision back up and running.

When? Fridays, 10.30am – 12pm, 27th September – 22nd Nov (break on 25th Oct).

Where? The Bridges Centre, Monmouth.

Who? Anyone who is looking for a creative outlet to support their wellbeing. You are welcome to attend with a support worker or someone who helps you.
