Behind the scenes – business planning

Well we have just completed our business plan for 2019-2022 and we are so excited about our vision for the future of Inside Out Cymru. Over the last year, we have spoken with many of our participants, staff, partners and stakeholders to find out what works, what there is demand for and how can we meet this. We couldn’t have done this without the financial support from Arts Council Wales, so a big thanks to them for enabling us to work with a business and funding consultant to make plans that are hopefully achievable! Thanks also to Richard Newton and his team for taking us through the process. We look forward to a bright future and more great work to offer our communities.
