Delivering Arts Workshops & Activities Across Gwent
From September 2022 to March 2023, Inside Out Cymru artist Rhian Anderson will be leading a once-monthly workshop for Alzheimers Society UK.
In sessions that aim to support those living with Alzhemiers and also their carers, Rhian facilitates tasks that offer relief – something fun, in the moment and with no pressure. The time in the class also means that participants can converse with others who are either in similar positions in life, or are like-minded. The art task offers a conversation starter and a job to do together, which streghtnes trust and opens people up.
