Art for Wellbeing in Cwmbran

Community for Work Plus Torfaen and Inside Out Cymru have teamed up to offer a weekly art and craft session at the Woodlands Sport and Social Centre in Cwmbran. 

Every Wednesday from 10am-12.30pm, artist and printmaker Bill Chambers will be on hand to support those who are interested in learning about art, craft and printmaking. With the Torfaen Wellbeing Team (and a cuppa) on hand too, this session will support participants in building confidence to try new things, meet new people and improve their wellbeing. 

Bill leads the casual, drop-in session by demonstrating printmaking techniques for beginners. Participants can then go on their own journey, with Bill’s and each others support to create their own artwork.
